Use Lung CT Segmenter's batch processing function to initiate easy sequential lung segmentation with a few mouseclicks and the following workflow:
- Check "use AI" and select an appropriate AI engine
- Uncheck "Airway segmentation", as it would need manual input
- Select the input folder
- Select the output folder
- Enable "Test run" if required, disable "Test run" if all input subfolders should be processed (may take a long time)
- Select "Input is NIFTI" as required
- Press "Batch process"
The structure of the input folder should contain an immediate subdirectory for each dataset. In the subdirectory, either a "CT.nrrd" file or a ct.nii.gz" file must be present. Input files must be placed in subdirectories only and not into the input folder directly.
