glibc2.32 not found

RuntimeError: Failed to import transformers.models.clip.modeling_clip because of the following error (look up to see its traceback):
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by /home/dt/anaconda3/envs/matrix3d/lib/python3.10/site-packages/flash_attn_2_cuda.cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so)

flash-attn2.7.4 need glibc2.32, how to solve this problem.
