Leash syntax only takes in Living Entities rather than all entities (excluding boats)

Suggestion

Make Leash syntax take in all entities rather than just Living entities

Currently none of the Leash related syntax work with boats meaning you will have to use Reflect and paper syntax instead https://jd.papermc.io/paper/1.21.10/io/papermc/paper/entity/Leashable.html#getLeashHolder()

Why?

Because it's nice to not have to use reflect for things that are in Skript

This is due to Skript using the getLeashHolder() from the LivingEntity interface, instead of Paper's Leashable interface, should be an easy fix.

Note that most Leash-related syntax (Like CondLeashed, etc. also currently uses the LivingEntity method instead of the Leashable one, could also be PR'ed!
