Features.sk Rework

Currently, the features.sk file is unused but it will be completely reworked in the future.
I created this discussion to get feedback on the current plan and anything that should be added or changed.

Global Experiments

Something that has been suggested a lot of times. You will be able to enable experiments globally and unknown experiments will throw errors when features.sk is loaded.

global experiments:
     for each loops: true

Modifying Syntaxes

This was the main purpose of features.sk. You will be able to completely disable or modify syntaxes of existing elements.
This can:

• Solve conflicts in rare scenarios
• Let us stay on Aternos if Skript adds a syntax that violates their ToS in the future

syntax overwrites:
     ExprPlayer: [the] player
     EffChange: disabled   # completely gone, pattern is not changed to 'disabled'
     ExprEtc:
         pattern1
         pattern2

Concerns

• Should global experiments and modified syntaxes appear in Skript exceptions or /sk info? What will happen if someone enables a global experiment, forgets about it and it ends up causing issues?
• How can we make syntax overwrites easier for people who don't know about Skript's internals?
