Elements Expression

In Skript, one of the more useful expressions when it comes to utilizing lists is the Elements expression. The Elements expression (currently) can be used to get a certain element of a list, a random element from a list, or a certain number of elements from the starting point or end of the list.

1. Make the ExprElement changeable, which would allow for things like this to be possible:

set the last element out of {list::*} to "x"
delete first 10 elements of {bans::*}
set random element of (all slots of {_inv}) to green wool named "&aClick here to verify!"
set random element out of {variable::*} to "A random element of this variable was changed!"

2. Aside from the first and last option, add a x to y option.

set {var::*} to elements 10 to 20 of {list::*}
set {var::*} to elements (random integer between 1 and 9) through 10 of {list::*}
