Install/Update modpack to join #404

Hi, I carefully read the previous post in Discord about that topic. We made an SMP Modpack and we can play the game except half of our friends. Our opening is in two days, and time is running out.
Even if players have downloaded the server package with automodpack, the “Install/Update modpack to join” warning keeps popping up.
Among our friends who can log in, there are those who have a license and use Prism Launcher, those who have a license and use Modrinth Launcher, and those who, although I don't support or defend it, can easily connect with Prism Launcher without a license. However, some players cannot log in even if they have an original account and use Modrinth Launcher.
I would be very grateful if you could help me. All the necessary information is below.
