   - You are consuming the Work in for use in software licensed under an Open Source or Source Available license.
   - You are consuming the Work as a Transitive Package Dependency.
   - You are consuming the Work as a Direct Package Dependency in the capacity of a For-profit company/individual with
     less than 1M USD annual gross revenue.
   - You are consuming the Work as a Direct Package Dependency in the capacity of a Non-profit organization
     or Registered Charity.

Is 2.1.3 version and older still free to use?

Why? I prefer to fork it and continue with Apache license.

Best of luck maintaining it. Just make sure your fork targets the release 2.1.x branch only and contains no code following the commit f53c78d otherwise you wil be inviolation of the license agreement and we'll have to get lawyers involved.

@JimBobSquarePants Got a one time buy that's maybe a bit cheaper for us small guys that don't know if our software is gonna somehow fly off the 'shelves'? I'm not a fan of having to think of checking how much income only to find at a certain point I somehow do, then I gotta pay per year, then suddenly if I stop on the Software I might have to keep paying (if I have a patch here and there, etc).

Could you not have a license which has, for example, if you're a large corporation with ># employees it's this much $$ .. But for some hobbiests that plan to sell eventually, a small option for us little guy? To buy it and forget about it.

I understand the need to do 'yearly' as you want to keep updating the product, but may I suggest a 'version' approach? Like every year have a new version, and support that last version only for a year after? Or maybe even a 'pay for support' option if people need professional support?

In fact your competitor Aspose (their image library) has a very nice example of having a license you can buy once, or even companies that pay per year, just as I was mentioning. :)
