Can't upload any roms. Help, I've looked everywhere.

I've uploaded my **.ciso** files (roms) through the xbox device portal and don't know where to put them. I can't play them, I've tried everything on Google and ChatGPT. Both of them are gamecube games. I don't have a USB drive, just a pc and an xbox.
