Feature Request: Auto Restart

Opening this for @harakiwi to remove it from other issue

> i want to be able to host the game with auto restarts everytime the .exe stops working, maybe in the upcoming (still in beta) release. Maybe a powershell is enough to run some backups and the server after it stopped.
