Change VM distribution to something more lightweight like Alpine Linux

I'd like to suggest changing the distro used for the VM part of the second exercise (VM and Containers) to something smaller like Alpine Linux Virtual.
Currently the download of Ubunutu Server 24.04 LTS took around 10 minutes with everybody downloading it at the same time. This ISO is 2.6GB in size.
Alpine Linux' ISO is only a mere 61MB.

For this change, a rework of the guide is required as Alpine Linux uses a different package manager (apk) compared to Ubuntu's (apt). neofetch can easily be installed as well.
