Surveys work properly on Preview, but not on Delivery

Migrated surveys are properly accessible from a Preview mode, but when I publish, build, and access a course via Direct Delivery, the Surveys do not work. Instead, the 'Click to Begin' link used for Surveys, reopens the same page in a new tab.
