Feat: Add automatic updating for trusted repos

This would be beneficial because it would make it very easy for creators to push an update after Zen Updates, making sure things do not break. As a bonus, you could have Sikthemes automatically update the installed theme when Zen updates (might be harder than pulling content from a url thought.)
