Were folder templates removed?

I was looking for a way to do this:

• Create new folder from template
• Select Folder in Templates folder

Let's say the folder looks like this:

• Project/
  • Problem Identification/
    • Core Problem
    • Scope
    • Stakeholders
    • Problem Statement
  • Research/
    • Boundaries
    • I/O
    • Constraints
  • Specifications/
    • Requirements
    • Conditions
  • etc.
    Result:
• Folder Created with subfolders/templates.

I looked it up, and this forum post said Templater could do it. I already use templater for school notes & stuff, so I just looked in the settings, but I didn't see any "Folder Notes" option. Not on mobile or PC. So did the feature go away? If so, why? Could it be brought back?
