Remove bold formatting from markdown headings

Background

I use this script to clean up formatting of headings (without completely removing all formatting; i.e. Paste plain). The need for this comes from personal agony of copy/pasting job descriptions into my Job Hunt log. I'm already seeing possible extensibility to add this to a single workflow doing all the tedious steps I'm currently doing.

This was a fun exercise in learning JS, Templater scripting, and getting under the hood in Obsidian. I got a lot of insight and guidance from #255 and various Obsidian forum posts. Hope this helps someone in the future and thanks to a great community here!
