Make teaching-dev theme more configurable #138

Right now, the src/theme folder is untracked, since this project needs custom entries in the MdxComponents and has some additional swizzles. Can we find a way to make the teaching-dev theme more configurable / extensible?
One idea: Add a src/SiteMdxComponents.ts file which is pulled in by MdxComponents. That way, sites can provide a website/SiteMdxComponents.ts file with additional components. This doesn't yet solve the problem with additional Swizzles though.
