Docs out of sync with latest version available on PyPi

No new version tag was added for the PR merged a couple months ago, so when I install from PyPi, I get the old version, where I have to pass a DynamoDB client and table name to GeoDataManagerConfiguration.

Can you bump the version to 0.0.4 / publish to PyPi?

I'm realizing that (since no new version has been published to PyPi) the docs on PyPi are up-to-date. Feel free to close this out. Curious if you planning on publishing a new version soon though?
