Category and Product page showing correct currency, but Cart showing incorrect currency

My store is using GBP, but the cart items and cart total are showing as USD.

The Category and Product page are showing GBP.

I built my store using the Hydrogen 2 walkthrough from Shopify.

Any ideas? I can't find where this would be configured.

It is now showing GBP - I haven't changed anything.

Hard to debug this without code examples to reproduce
