Not able to delete existing Cart Transform, permission denied

My GraphiQL app installation has all possible access scopes for Admin & storefront APIs but still getting this error here, trying to remove a cart transform and "Permission denied. Unauthorized app scopes.". I tried re-installing GraphiQL and still getting the same error.
