Line Item properties got removed

When discount is applied line item properties is being removed
This case happens randomly and properties are getting deleted

My case:

I have logic to automatically add an item to a cart with discount functionality. When, I jump to cart page quickly, sometimes properties of my auto added item are empty. Without discount function, I don't have this case
