how to do multiple tiles or split view like shown in feature breakdown table?

It's a floorp feature https://github.com/Floorp-Projects/Floorp. In that, goto settings, keybinds, bottom, and set keybinds for split.

also it dosen't behave like regular split should, it is more like pinning, so you are pinning tabs to left/right.
