How to obtain the optimal parameters, such as p, p_r, p_ms

Thank you so much for sharing the code of your interesting and great work. I've noticed in the experimental setup part, you mentioned you searched for the optimal parameters on R-Oxford5k.  Does that mean, you use R-Oxford5k as the validation set to choose the optimal parameters for training?
