Background Job Enhancements

Background jobs are great! A few small enhancement related to the dashboard:

1. jobs.ScheduleCommand with a date will schedule it and place it in the Queue however there is no exposed field that shows when it is scheduled. In fact it shows "Running..." and attempts 1 even though it's not been executed yet. Minimally I'd like to see the Date the command is scheduled to run in the grid and/or the details.

2. Ability to cancel all jobs or all jobs for a particular worker.
