Clean up the wiki

I'm thinking maybe we should clean out the wiki of all the old stuff from before the fork. What do you all think?

I've slowly been working my way through some of the content on the wiki.

I agree that it would be a good idea to clean up the wiki for this repository. The fact that the content is redundant is misleading. It's great content and I'm looking forward to reading it, but I can just go to the original repository wiki to read it. This wiki should really focus on this fork.
