TVSes near JTAG connector on Relay Board are rotated 180 degrees

Because of symbol-footprint mismatch, the design of the Relay Board comprises the TVSes D7, D8, D9, D10, D11 (5 pcs. in total) with incorrect orientation (the cathode goes where the anode should go).

This should be corrected in the next revision.

On the existing board, the easiest fix is to not populate them.
Other possible fix is to rotate them to correct orientation, but then the EMS should be aware of this and not rotate them back.
