Mizuki's mouth gets stuck open when reading stories using the Live2D story viewer

To Reproduce:
I'll link the story I just read as an example: https://sekai.best/storyreader-live2d/cardStory/19/460/917
When Mizuki says "Okie dokie" it shows her mouth wide open. Next time Mizuki is shown her mouth is still open like that and it doesn't move
Expected behavior
Her mouth should move like normal
