[Feature request] implement the pity system used on perm banners

Motivation
i know simulations are never truly accurate when it comes to luck-based situations, but i feel like it'd be a good quality of life upgrade if the pity system from permanent card banners was added to the simulators.

Suggested Implementation
guaranteed random 4 star card at 100 pulls and guaranteed banner card at 200 pulls on the perm banner simulators.
