Can't link SEKAI profile after disconnecting

To Reproduce

1. Login to your account (I used Discord)
2. Log out
3. Login
4. SEKAI profile disconnected. Insert SEKAI profile ID
5. Click ✓

Expected behavior
Expected to reconnect to SEKAI profile/show message to paste into description like the first time link

Browser (please complete the following information):

• OS: Android 10
• Browser Chrome
• Version 98.0.4758.101

Possible cause and/or solution
SEKAI ID number not saved in the account information
