Feature: Force Mono on Input Sources

I'm curious, does your commit of libobs-sharp you use have the ability to use "obs_source_set_flags"? I can't seem to compile it and test it on my own, I'd love to help. I was referencing this: https://docs.obsproject.com/reference-sources
