How can I install Scoop as user using GitBash?

I am unable to have access to Powershell in my office laptop. I don’t have admin access either. But I am able to install and run programs so long as they install at user level. How can I install scoop through Gitbash without Powershell or administrator password?

Sorry I didn’t to open a bug ticket but I see no other option to ask a general question directly to this community.

Scoop cannot work without PowerShell.

I don't know how your company restricts PowerShell, but you can try PowerShell core.
