Need help with installer script: Extract zip and unpack inno installer

arch1t3cht's aegisub fork release file has a inno installer inside an archive file, how to write a script to extract that?

Sir I'm in trouble again... The release have a portable archive indeed but still have a archive inside, and what make it worse is that there is a folder in the nested archive!
Is there a graceful solution for this? Expand-Archive cannot strip paths and must be used with mv, so dumb and dirty...
