installing older conan versions does not work anymore

I used to be able to do scoop install conan@1.59.0 to install an older version of conan (which I am unfortunately limited to). This does not work anymore and I am pretty sure it's because a lot of files have either been renamed, removed or inconsistently named on the conan release github page over here: https://github.com/conan-io/conan/releases. Is there any way to fix this/get this to work again with scoop?
