[Bug] Install 7zip Error

I'm Used command scoop install 7zip
Output:

Not Network Share Folder, Not hardlinked folder, Just Normal Folder

What happens when you run the following command in PowerShell?

New-Item -Path test-junction -ItemType Junction -Value C:\Users

[12345an1]

It also happened to me. I found the reason is that my disk is exFAT format, which doesn't support Junction.
