Current Behaviour
trying to install resilio return a 404 error
Expected Behaviour
resilio installation can be completed

Possible Solution
The link in the manifest is:
64bit : "https://download-cdn.resilio.com/stable/windows64/Resilio-Sync_x64.exe#/setup.exe"
32bits: "https://download-cdn.resilio.com/stable/windows64/Resilio-Sync.exe#/setup.exe"
The link on resilio's website is now:
64bits : https://download-cdn.resilio.com/stable/windows/64/0/Resilio-Sync_x64.exe
no 32 bits version anymore
