It hasn't been updated to the main bucket yet, so I should have posted here instead of issues.

Hugo is at v0.103.1 at the time of this posting,
https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases

but the main bucket doesn't reflect this.

Ah, I see, the file naming scheme has changed. hugo_0.102.3_Windows-64bit.zip to hugo_0.103.1_windows-amd64.zip
It would be a consideration since arm64 exists. Thanks for the response anyway!

Yes, they do change the filename using the standard GOOS/GOARCH, but they only mirror linux versions of old names...
