More precompilation #70
Description
I tried to decrease latency by explicit precompilation. However, the runtime performance of some methods dropped. I guess this is related to JuliaLang/julia#35972.
The loading time might also be reduced by changes as in JuliaWeb/HTTP.jl#704.
