The active stepper bullet should use the colors defined in the theme.

What happened?

The color of the active stepper bullet is always red and cannot be configured.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Change the baseStyle of the app theme. Use other primary color than red.
2. Have a look at the stepper example.
