Fix some Documentation issues about Global variables #36

- pls swap order of "snapshot_trigger_column": "IS_ACTIVE" and "sdts_alias": "SDTS" in the example code or in the documetation below (very minor bur also very helpfull for orientation at 1st touch)
- pls adjust documentation about "hashkey_input_case_sensitive": "FALSE" and "hashdiff_input_case_sensitive": "TRUE". In the documentation there is only an entry for hash_input_ case_sensititve, which looks like a previous version of global variables
- please add some description in documentation about copy_rsrc_ldts_input_columns
Starting freshly with datavault4colesce my comments maybe sound a little "rookiely". ;-)
