Move logging of FillLikes from BilateralClearingMechanism to MarketLike #52
Description
Want one logged fill per transaction. This means that fills should be logged either at the point the transaction is generated (i.e., in the AuctionMechanismLike) or when they are received by the MarketLike before being passed to the clearing mechanism.
