I suggest adding a legal-use disclaimer to both the README file and possibly within the application's UI (e.g., in an "About" section or on first launch).

Since the project mentions platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Instagram, users may use the tool in ways that violate those platforms’ Terms of Service or copyright laws, especially in certain countries.

This is a standard practice in open-source downloader tools to help protect the project, the contributors, and the users. I believe this change would strengthen the project’s professional image and protect its long-term sustainability.

I’d be happy to help draft the disclaimer text or implement it in the app UI if needed.

Thanks for assigning the issue! I’ll start by adding the disclaimer to the README and the website. Since I’m also working on the GUI, I’ll include the disclaimer there, most likely in the start of application or as a footer. I’ll aim to add it to the CLI as well, depending on time. I’ll keep you updated on the progress!
