Create list of the variables that have an impact on the linear calculations so that we can "safely" override the compilation.

Candidates to look at:

  • Active of branches
  • Active of devices
  • Branch control vars (tap_angle)
  • etc..

These should be vars that affect the PTDF, LODF and MLODF calculation.
