Changing Sbase modifies pu impedances incorrectly

If we have introduced a branch with a certain impedance, after modifying the Sbase, the pu impedances are automatically modified. There are two apparent issues:

• We should throw a warning window to notify the user about it
• The base change appears incorrect because instead of diving we are multiplying (or vice versa)
