Can not use lib on MacOS Sonoma, any suggestions besides using a VM?

Hi, I'm trying to use your library on macOS (Darwin x64), but I'm encountering the error: "currently not supported for running on this platform: Darwin x64." 

Do you have any guidance or plans to support macOS? I'd be happy to contribute if there are any pointers for building it on Darwin.

Note: we did try to change the architecture and use i386, but it wont work
