Custom vtu_settings.json setttings location?

Hi,

Thanks for this application. Currently the application stores its settings in: C:\Users\_username_\AppData\Roaming\vtu_settings.json
This location poses issues on computers that have multiple users as one user doesn't have access to another user's userprofile folder. Is it possible to let the application look for the vtu_settings.json in a different location? For example in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Samuel Tulach\VirusTotalUploader
In this way, all users have access to the settings file.

Why I would want this, you might ask? I want to pre-install your application for deployment in a golden image and I don't want to install it for a specific user but for all users that use that computer. Installing the application itself for all users is obviously possible but the vtu_settings.json file is user specific and it would be nice to have the same vtu_settings.json accessible to all users.
