Deploy from github without sfdx

Hello, how can I deploy from github without using sfdx? I noticed you have a deploy button but I need to know and track every file that is deployed to our sandbox and am not sure how the deploy button works.

Hi,

You could integrate the source into your repository and deploy from your sources directly.

Or you could use the managed package instead of the sources.
