SFSC - SFCC : Synchronized custom fields/attributes

Hello,

I want to add a custom fields to my synch via the connector from service to commerce cloud.
I created my custom fields in my two environments and add them to the custom setting/mapping.
The synch works from SFSC to SFCC but not in the other side. When I run the job after I update the custom field 0 rows are sent.

I succeed to get the cc attribute name by a postman request. The json parameter name has a c_ before the attribute name not like in my BM. Someone knows why and how can I get this one in my BM?

DO you know why my CC doesn't recognize the change of my custom field. I just created a new custom field for customer (under Profile obj)? Should I configure something in the CC side or he knows the SC custom setting mapping?
