Connection without evaluation board to an ESP32

I am trying to connect the pinned version of 110-601 to an ESP32. I do not have a lot of equipment readily available and am just a student. Can the schematic here be used, along with an external thermistor for temperature compensation? This is also meant for an arduino; can it be used for an ESP32? Thank you in advance!
