Apple Music auto-connect not working

Even when "Auto-Connect" is ticked for Apple Music, you need to manually connect.

Trivial: while having an idle look through the codebase to even try and understand where the autoconnect logic may be (I failed, sadly, due to my lack of actual knowledge of WPF), I spotted a trivial thing: the comment here

ok I just forgot to implement the Auto connect for Apple music lol... will be fixed with the next update..

Also the Readme on the GitHub page does not mention the Apple Music scrobbler yet, the screenshot for the iTunes scrobbler shows an outdated version 1.17.

The added Discord RP option should also be mentioned in the Readme, as it might be interesting for some users.
