Update README to include list of Project Team Accomplishments for Philly

Hi engagementplans Team!

Is it safe to assume the project team work includes all of the things listed under the Feature Details/Specifications section of the README?

If so I'd like to recommend that the project scribe include a section on the README called Project Team Accomplishments and then list those out using bullets. Having this information broken out in a separate section will help future project teams understand what was worked on in a previous Sprint.

For example:

• Created Use Case Examples for Community Foundation, Direct Service Org, Partner Help Desk, Teachers, Fundraisers

• Updated ERD

• Created Task Criteria

• Submitted a PR to the Cumulus repo in support of Custom Field Mapping

• etc...
