Recommend building project documentation in engagementplans wiki

Hi engagementplans Team! Great job at the Philly Sprint! :)

I wanted to submit an Issue to encourage you to host your project documentation in the engagementplans wiki rather than having it listed out in the README file.

For example: Everything located under Feature Details/Specifications could be broken out and created in the wiki.
