Porcupine v2.1 issues - 'pv_porcupine_init' failed with status RUNTIME_ERROR

It seems there have been some recent changes to Porcupine v2.1, the currently preferred wake-word engine for SEPIA clients.
If you encounter this error:

Porcupine error: Failed to create module. - Name: Error - Message: 'pv_porcupine_init' failed with status RUNTIME_ERROR

please switch to a pre 2.1 wake-word for now (e.g. 'Hey SEPIA' v1.4 or 'Computer' v1.9 etc.).
I'll investigate the issue to find out if I can fix it.

Hey SEPIA v1.4 has been triggering false positives ("bings" in an empty silent room). I was wondering if a Hey SEPIA 1.9 (or other <2.0 version) wake word would reduce this kind of thing in the mean time?
